Refund Policy

Completed notarial acts are generally non-refundable because state law requires the notary to retain records of the performed act and the signer received the executed instrument. If a session could not be completed due to a verifiable Platform failure (excluding signer disconnect or failed identity verification), we will refund the session fee or provide a credit.

If a signer fails identity verification or KBA and the notarial act is not performed, the session fee is refundable, less any third-party verification costs already incurred.

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period and is non-refundable for that period. Annual subscriptions may be canceled within 14 days of initial purchase for a prorated refund.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a travel or scheduling fee.

Submit a request through our contact page with your transaction ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
