- -$10,000 surety bond.
Identity Verification
- -Credential analysis of state/federal ID.
- -Dynamic KBA, OR personal knowledge, OR credible witness.
- -Live two-way audio-video communication.
KBA Requirements
- -5 questions, >=80% correct, <=2 minutes.
- -Re-attempt limited to 1 additional attempt within 24 hours.
Recording Requirements
- -Audio-video recording required for all RON acts.
- -Recording must capture identity verification and the act itself.
Journal Requirements
- -Electronic journal with date, time, type of act, document description, signer info, and verification method.
Retention Requirements
- -Recordings and electronic journal: minimum 7 years.
